Paul O’Callaghan, MBA, CDCMP, brings more than 30 years of international construction and infrastructure leadership to his role as Project Executive. His experience spans major infrastructure and marine projects worldwide, including subsea power transmission between England and France, offshore energy platform construction in the North Sea, port development programs in Papua New Guinea, and large-scale logistics facilities in Australia. With a background in electrical engineering and project leadership, Paul provides strategic oversight across all phases of project development—ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery. His global perspective and industry expertise strengthen Marina Partner’s ability to execute complex projects and pursue new opportunities in domestic and international markets.
