Project Metrics at a Glance

The Opportunity
Gulf Star Marina was designed to transform dry-stack boat storage by replacing forklifts with a fully electric, automated ASAR system, constructing a hurricane-rated concrete facility capable of withstanding 200+ MPH winds, and setting a new benchmark for speed, safety, and efficiency in the marine industry.
The Challenge
Before Gulf Star Marina, dry-stack marinas depended on forklifts and manual labor to move boats in and out of storage. This created bottlenecks such as:
- Limited storage efficiency
- Increased risk of damage
- High weather dependency
- Staff dependency
These issues resulted in little protection against hurricanes or extreme winds, leaving vessels vulnerable to severe storms. The marine industry needed a solution that could combine speed, safety, resilience, and operational efficiency.
