Over the past year, Lanier has become an essential part of the GCM team by transforming how projects are organized, bids are managed, and subcontractors are sourced. Her ability to identify client needs early has helped projects begin with clarity and momentum—reducing delays and improving outcomes.

One of Lanier’s most impactful contributions was leading the implementation of Monday.com across preconstruction and project management. This rollout significantly improved visibility, accountability, and communication throughout the organization.

Lanier has also driven improvements in bidding and proposal processes. She successfully launched Procore Bid Campaigns for six projects and introduced standardized RFP templates and streamlined review workflows—resulting in faster turnaround times and increased accuracy.

Her ability to quickly master new tools has strengthened coordination between estimating, operations, and client communication. Lanier’s work ensures that every phase of a project is more aligned, efficient, and responsive.

Lanier holds an OSHA-30 certification, demonstrating her dedication to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism across all aspects of construction.

Building the Future

Over the next year, Lanier is focused on expanding her expertise in design-build delivery, predictive preconstruction, and leadership development. She plans to earn her Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certification, further strengthening her ability to integrate design, estimating, and construction into a seamless process.

Lanier is also deepening her knowledge of AI-supported estimating tools, cost forecasting, and data-driven project planning—positioning herself at the forefront of the industry’s technological evolution.
