The Opportunity

Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club was developed to create a high-value marina asset in one of Southwest Florida’s most desirable coastal markets. The vision was to deliver a next-generation drystack facility capable of accommodating larger vessels than traditional storage, while elevating design, performance, and long-term investment value.

  • High-value, luxury boat storage in a premium waterfront location
  • Capacity to store larger vessels than conventional drystack facilities using advanced handling systems
  • A long-term, income-producing asset designed to deliver generational value for ownership

The Challenge

Developing a high-performance marina facility in a sensitive coastal and residential environment required balancing safety, design, and community expectations.
