Building on this momentum, Brown acquired land and personally invested $2 million into a new car condominium development in Naples, Florida, currently in the permitting phase—further solidifying his commitment to innovative, lifestyle-driven construction.

Brown has overseen the delivery of more than 1,000 projects throughout his career, representing billions of dollars in construction value. His experience spans tilt-wall construction, design-build projects, and large-scale developments across multiple sectors.
